Victor DiTommaso, Head of Strategy
Victor DiTommaso serves as Head of Strategy, leveraging a distinguished career in military aviation and strategic leadership to guide the organization’s vision. As an F-16 pilot and USAF Weapons School graduate, he amassed over 500 hours of combat experience, demonstrating exceptional skill in high-pressure environments.
Victor served as Chief of Weapons and Tactics for the 79th Fighter Squadron (F-16 Block 50) at Shaw Air Force Base, where he developed and implemented advanced tactical strategies. He later held the same role for the 86th Fighter Weapons Squadron, leading the planning and execution of the USAF Weapons System Evaluation Program. His leadership ensured mission-critical systems met the highest standards of performance and readiness.
Victor holds a B.S. in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Public Policy from Harvard University.
